Customers are able to avoid encountering increasing ‘Head Count' issues as Cerco does not provide Contractors (self employed) but PAYE Temps. Cerco is the employer paying wages, holiday pay, NIC & ENIC. We feel this provides greater control and ensures best practice in relation to the individuals employed.
